Yes, Phase 1 tickets to Kongdori are included, booked online in your names. Carry the same photo ID on the day. Phase 2 to Apharwat is extra and runs only in safe weather.
The Pahalgam union taxi for Betaab and Aru, about 2,200–3,000 rupees per vehicle, and pony rides if you take them. On snow days, a chained 4x4 from Tangmarg to Gulmarg. Rates can change.
It is a higher grade of houseboat on Dal Lake, reached by a short shikara from the ghat. You stay the first night there, with dinner and breakfast on board.
An Innova or similar SUV with a driver for the whole trip. In Pahalgam the SUV parks in town and a union taxi takes you to the valleys, as the local rule requires.
Postpaid SIMs work. Prepaid SIMs from other states do not, but you can buy a local prepaid SIM at Srinagar airport with Aadhaar or a passport.
