Only have five days but want Gulmarg and Pahalgam too? You spend one night on a houseboat on Dal Lake, one in Srinagar and two in Pahalgam, with your own car and driver from Srinagar airport. The days are easy: a shikara ride at sunset, a day trip to the Gulmarg meadow, the saffron fields of Pampore and the Betaab and Aru valleys. Breakfast and dinner are included at 3-star hotels every day. Gondola tickets in Gulmarg can be booked for you at extra cost. Pack a warm layer for the evenings, and leave the rest to us.

No, it is extra. Tickets are sold only online in the traveller's name, so send us the names as on your photo IDs and we book them. Phase 2 runs only in safe weather.
In Pahalgam, the union taxi for Betaab and Aru costs about 2,200–3,000 rupees per vehicle. In Gulmarg, Gondola Phase 1 is about 700–810 rupees per person, and ponies are paid to the pony man. Rates can change.
It is a wooden houseboat moored on Dal Lake, with bedrooms, a sitting room and bathrooms. A short shikara takes you from the ghat to the boat. You stay one night, with dinner and breakfast on board.
The order of days can change with weather, road closures or local rules. If a closure means an extra night, it is paid at actual cost.
The trip runs all year. April to June and September to October are mild; snow is likely from late December to February, but never guaranteed.
