Yes, Phase 1 to Kongdori is included. We book the tickets online in your names, so carry the same photo ID. Phase 2 to Apharwat is extra and runs only in safe weather.
The Pahalgam union taxi for Betaab and Aru, about 2,200–3,000 rupees per vehicle, and any pony rides. On snow days the chained 4x4 from Tangmarg is also paid there. Rates can change.
It is a Premium Houseboat on Dal Lake, reached by a short shikara from the ghat. Your first night is on board, with dinner and breakfast, and your bed is decorated with flowers.
Mostly, but weather, road closures or local rules can change the order of the days. If a closure adds an extra night, it is paid at actual cost.
