Want a quieter Kashmir trip, away from the busy spots? You spend one night on a houseboat on Dal Lake and four in one 3-star hotel in Srinagar, with your own car and driver from Srinagar airport. The days are easy: the Mughal gardens and old city, the wide meadow at Doodhpathri, the pine woods of Yusmarg and a day in Gulmarg. Breakfast and dinner are included every day. The trip runs from April to November. You unpack only twice and come back to the same room each evening.

You unpack once and come back to the same hotel each evening. Doodhpathri and Yusmarg are each about 1.5 hours from Srinagar, so the day trips are easy.
Pony rides at Doodhpathri, Yusmarg and Gulmarg are paid to the pony man; agree the rate first. Gondola Phase 1 is about 700–810 rupees per person. Rates can change.
No. We book the tickets online in your name, so carry the same photo ID. Phase 2 to Apharwat runs only in safe weather.
It runs April to November. In winter Doodhpathri needs a 4x4 beyond Khansahib and Yusmarg's road can close for weeks, so ask us before you plan.
Postpaid SIMs work. Prepaid SIMs from other states do not, but you can buy a local prepaid SIM at Srinagar airport with Aadhaar or passport.
